The 18-meter articulated bus, a giant in public transportation, has always existed as the main vehicle model for urban transportation due to its huge carrying capacity. Of course, the technical design of the air-conditioning system of this model is relatively complicated, and the stability requirements are particularly high.
Below we conduct some analysis on the two cases we have done before:
Regions: Mexico and Colombia, Russia and Belarus;
Quantity: Around 1,000
Period: 2016~2020
System design advantages:
1. The system is mainly composed of 2 sets of air-conditioning overhead systems and a set of driver's heating and cooling defroster;
2. Compatibility of the CAN control system, the default is that the front roof machine is the main control system of the system, and the roof machine is produced with the same material ;
3. In order to maximize the cooling effect of the system, we have specially provided 2 return air lines for the system ;
4. The whole system adopts Italian horse-hard spinning pipes, which is convenient for customers to assemble and maintain in the future;
5. The hot water system uses a magnetic brushless water pump to ensure a long life and sufficient pressure ;
6. The compressor adopts the German BOCK 755CC displacement compressor ;
7. The refrigerant interface of the defroster is connected to the overhead system in the front section ;
